Framing Wall To Concrete Floor

A raised floor is constructed with a wooden framework that bridges from one exterior wall to another.

Walls are built from the ground up. This framework may or may not be supported intermediately by girders beams or walls. Use a hammer drill with 3 16 masonry bit to drill a hole through the wood and into the concrete floor. Stand the wood frame wall up on the concrete foundation in the spot where it will be anchored.
